3 New Chase Sapphire Offers!

WOW! As of June 23, 2025, we’ve got THREE NEW CARD OFFERS and a brand new credit card from Chase!!! Here’s everything you need to know!

Be sure to read until the very end for new eligibility rules.

ONE

There’s a new offer on the #1 recommended Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card!

🔥 The Offer: Earn 75,000 bonus points after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening! (up from 60,000)

This is still hands down my favorite credit card and the #1 credit card I recommend. If by chance you don’t have it yet, I can’t recommend it enough!

TWO

The Chase Sapphire Reserve® just got a major refresh that comes with a higher-than-ever welcome offer, benefits/credits that offer more over $2,700 in annual value (if you take advantage of them all), and a higher annual fee.

🔥 The Offer: Earn 100,000 bonus points + $500 Chase Travel℠ promo credit after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening.

My take: if you plan to spend $800 in travel this upcoming year, you should highly consider this offer. The $500 Chase Travel credit you earn with your welcome offer and the annual $300 travel credit offset the annual fee. Then you’d still have the 100k points from your welcome offer and other credits that come with the card!

THREE

The new Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business® is here!

🔥 The offer! Earn 200,000 bonus points after you spend $30,000 on purchases in your first 6 months from account opening.

My Take: This is BY FAR the highest offer ever on any Chase Ultimate Rewards earning card! The minimum spend is high, but more manageable for some because you have six months to meet the minimum spend. If you can meet the minimum spend, I think it’s worth it for at least the first year! This card comes with credits and benefits that unlock over $2,500 in annual value (if you take advantage of all of them).

IMPORTANT! You can qualify for a business card without an LLC or full time business! Read how.

New Eligibility Rules for the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card & Sapphire Reserve

I will continue to update this as new data points come in, but here’s what we know so far.

  • If you currently hold the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card, you are not eligible for the welcome offer on the Chase Sapphire Reserve and vice verse. However, you can downgrade your Chase Sapphire to a Freedom card, and then apply for the other Chase Sapphire card and still be eligible for the welcome offer.

  • Great news! You are eligible to apply and earn the welcome offer on the Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business while holding a personal Sapphire card and vice verse.

  • Until June 23, 2025, cardmembers were only eligible to earn one welcome offer on ANY personal Sapphire card (the Sapphire Preferred or the Sapphire Reserve) once every 48 months. You can now earn the welcome offers on both personal Sapphire cards with no time restraints, as long as you don’t currently hold the other personal Sapphire card. (This would look like closing or downgrading your personal Sapphire card before applying for the other personal Sapphire card.)

  • “Once in a lifetime language” - New terms and condition language suggest you will not be eligible for a welcome offer on a Sapphire card if you have earned the welcome offer in the past.

  • New offer details on the Chase Sapphire Preferred and Chase Sapphire Reserve say: “This credit card is unavailable to you if you currently have one open. The new cardmember bonus may not be available to you if you currently have any other personal Sapphire cards open, previously held this card or received a new cardmember bonus for this card. We may also consider the number of cards you have opened and closed, as well as other factors in determining your bonus eligibility.” They do not say this on the Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business.

As always, I appreciate it so much when you use my credit card affiliate links to apply for a new credit card! It supports my small business at no cost to you!
